Today, this tool is the worst it will ever be.
That's not an apology. That's the design. Jarvis is a BBI AHI project built around one idea: a system that learns. Every question you ask, every number you check, every bug you catch makes it permanently better โ not for you alone, for all 17 of us and eventually for the whole dealer network.
There will be corrections. There will be adjustments. There will be bugs. When you find one, you haven't caught us out โ you've done exactly the job this pilot exists for. Sam already proved how much that's worth: he caught the AI mis-adding a column of monthly figures by almost $2 million. Because he caught it, this app now computes every single number in the database, and the AI is never allowed to do arithmetic. One person, twenty minutes, permanent fix.
The ask is simple: 20 minutes a day. Use it on real work, check what it tells you against what you know, and tell us when something's off. That's the whole job.
Your dealers' real purchases โ live, every morning
Every invoice line in the company โ 159,000 of them, six fiscal years โ is now inside Jarvis, and it refreshes itself every morning at 6:00 AM Eastern. Ask about any dealer in your book, in chat or by voice: what they bought, what they've stopped buying, what they've never tried, this year against last.
BBI runs two calendars โ fiscal (starts November 1) and pool year. Jarvis carries both and names which one it's quoting. For about 14 dealers they tell opposite stories, and it'll warn you when that's the case.
Campaign Command โ where every dealer stands on the four campaigns
One board: your dealers down the side, the four campaigns across the top โ 66-Cent, Ghost Home Recovery, Hot & Cold, FLEX Buy. Each cell is a stage: Presented โ 3Cs done โ Committed in writing โ Executing. Two honest end-states matter just as much: ๐ซ Dealer said no (they were presented, they declined) and ๐ถ Never presented (we didn't get there โ the account slid). Owning the second one is how coverage improves.
We've pre-loaded the 2026 results for 66-Cent and Ghost Home from the participation records โ 344 cells, every one marked as imported. If a cell is wrong, fix it. Tap the chip, pick the right stage. If a dealer actually said no and we show "Never presented," that correction is real intelligence.
"Committed" requires the dealer's written plan โ what they agreed to do, by when. Dennis personally reviews plans (the โ you'll see). And the FLEX column shows measured pre-book dollars straight from invoices, beside what's recorded โ the board can't drift from reality without someone noticing.
Only your book's reps can set your stages. Leaders and marketing see everything read-only, with a Territory picker to flip between books. The Leaderboard tab shows all four books at a glance.
My Year โ you vs. last year vs. budget
Your fiscal year-to-date, last year's same period, and your budget pace โ on one bar. The budget-to-date is weighted by last year's monthly rhythm, because August and January are not the same month in this business. Ask Jarvis "how am I doing against budget?" and it answers with the same numbers, then tells you where the gap actually lives.
FY2026 budgets are seeded at last year plus 8% as a starting point โ they'll be tuned. FY2027 gets set later in August. If your budget number looks wrong, say so: that's exactly the checking we need.
The West, finally visible
BC and Alberta sell through ASPS, so western dealers never show up in our own invoice data โ which meant Lindsey's territory was invisible in every report we've ever run. Two fixes: ASPS built a dealer-by-dealer sell-through dashboard for our team (updated Mondays โ the card on your dashboard has the link and the passcode, for those with western access), and we've brought the western dealers onto Campaign Command, including six accounts our CRM had never carried. Solara โ ASPS's biggest account โ is on a BBI board for the first time.
Ask it out loud
The Talk tab now answers sales questions by voice. Pulling out of a dealer's lot: "What did they buy last year, and what are they missing?" โ hands on the wheel, answer spoken, rounded for listening, with the exact figures waiting on screen. French works.
Voice is the newest piece and the one most likely to have rough edges. If it stalls, repeats, or says something odd โ that's a bug report we want the same day.
Your 20 minutes โ the daily checklist
This is the recursive part. The app learns because you push on it. Here's a day's worth:
Ten prompts to try
Tap Copy, paste into Chat (or just say it in Talk). Swap in your own dealers.
Known rough edges โ so you don't have to wonder
Why this matters
Mass merchants and the big boxes have data teams. We have something better: seventeen people who actually know these dealers, wired into a system that compounds what they know. Every correction you make today is still working next season. That's the bet โ and you're not watching it from the stands, you're on the field.
Twenty minutes a day. Check the numbers. Work the board. Tell us what's broken.
